How can I arrange a visit to consult the documents I have found in the catalogue?
To arrange a visit to the archive you can get in touch with the archivist via the Contact Us page. You
must arrange an appointment prior to your visit. The Special Collections and Archives are situated in
Keele University Campus Library.
Can I have copies of the documents?
If you would like to request copies or get a quote for copying please contact the archivist via the
Contact Us page. Reprographic charges are listed on the
Special Collections and Archives website.
Our copying service is subject to preservation and copyright restrictions and we reserve the right to refuse
copying for preservation reasons if the document is too fragile.
How can I get more detail about the records in my search results list?
To find out more information about records in your search results list click on any part of the record
you want to see and the full record description will display. You can then click on the reference
number to view the catalogue hierarchy and browse other records.
How do I get back to my search results after looking at a catalogue entry?
To return to the search results list after viewing an individual record or the hierarchical structure
use the back button on your browser.
How do I sort my search results?
The results will be displayed in reference number order, to sort them by date or title click
on the column heading.
